Conflict Management & Resolution has been actively training providers for over 15 years, and has developed unique scenario based interactive training courses that deliver not only the full law requirements but a great understanding of the law and how it works for teachers which is why our training sets staff apart from their piers.

Our founder Scott Mallon has extensive knowledge and a background that has required high levels of restraint, interevention and conflict management within the Special Needs, Mental Health, Homecare, Antisocial, Gang Culture and School environments. All techniques, law, theories and processes that are used and taught within the training packages have been tried & tested thoroughly in realtime and real situations.

With our aim to reduce the need for hands on PMVA and or Physical Intervention, our training focuses on Situational Awareness, Reading Signals, Triggers, Risk Assessment, Managmenet & Solutions as we look to reduce the attacks and areas of hostility so that the staff are working in a safer environment before the need for Physical Intervention occurs. However if Physical Interevention is required the staff will  on point to deliver safe and precise resolutions
